Don is a 45 year veteran Certified Welder, Fitter, Supervisor, Trainer and Inspector, with 23 years of practical hands-on Weld Training and Inspection experience. He is highly qualified in all Manual and Semi-Manual welding processes, including GTAW, SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, for all Industries. With broad experience as a Certified Pipe Welder and Pipe Fitter in Refineries, Gas Pipelines, Manufacturing Shops, Seafood Plants, and Shipbuilding and Repair environments, Don has the experience and know how to troubleshoot, evaluate, correct, and elevate Steel, Alloy, and Aluminum Welders’ skills in the Job-Site environment.
Customized On-Site short-term or intermittent Job Training may include a variety of welding or fabrication technique issues with one or several employees in your company, to increase your Quality Production Needs.
